I've spent twenty years in hospitality and attractions — first running hotel front desks and theme park operations, now building the online ticketing software that some of the biggest names in the industry rely on. Websites for local businesses are my side project, and the standards come with me.

I started it because I kept watching good local businesses get squeezed: agencies quoting thousands, DIY builders eating their weekends. Most small businesses don't need either one. They need one good page that loads fast, looks right on a phone, and shows up when someone searches.
